TRADEX · WEBSITE INFORMATION
Website terms.
Please read these terms when using tradex.gr. They describe the purpose of the public website and the conditions applicable to its content and links.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Website purpose and operator
Tradex uses this website to present its business, research approach and proprietary trading technology. The final legal operator and registered details are shown as pending above and must be completed before public launch. Questions about the website may be sent to tradex@gmail.com.
The public pages provide general corporate information. They do not provide access to the trading system, account opening, deposits, order placement or an investment product. Browsing the website does not create a client, advisory, brokerage, fiduciary or investment-management relationship.
2. Financial information and risk
Descriptions of markets, methods and technology are informational. They are not personalised investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell a currency or other instrument, an invitation to invest, or an offer of financial services. Tradex's stated approach concerns proprietary trading with its own capital.
Trading involves risk, including the possibility of losses. Technical methods, AI assessments, simulations and historical observations do not guarantee future outcomes. Nothing on this website represents a guaranteed return, certified trading edge or assurance that a particular strategy is suitable for a visitor. Any financial decision requires the visitor's own assessment and, where appropriate, qualified advice.
3. AI and strategy descriptions
The site describes a framework combining AI reasoning, market evidence and separate rule-based validation. Those descriptions are high-level summaries rather than a complete specification or disclosure of proprietary rules. AI can produce incomplete or incorrect assessments; validation checks reduce particular operational risks but cannot eliminate market risk or all errors.
References to established analytical methods identify families of methods used in the framework. They do not state that each rule, the combined strategy or its performance has been independently certified. Recorded or simulated outcomes are subject to assumptions and limitations and should not be treated as a promise of future performance.
4. External charts and links
Currency-pair links open an external TradingView-hosted chart configured initially as an area chart. Data, availability, licensing, account features, chart controls and subsequent user settings are governed by that provider. Chart data may be delayed or otherwise limited. Tradex does not operate the external chart or warrant its suitability for execution.
A link does not establish an affiliation, endorsement or contractual relationship with a third party. External services have their own terms and privacy policies. Any login, broker connection, purchase or information submission there is separate from this website.
5. Permitted use
You may view the public website and refer to its content for lawful informational purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate the operator, remove attribution from licensed material, or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Any access restrictions, applicable intellectual-property rights and mandatory legal rules remain in force. These terms do not override lawful quotation, accessibility use or other rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law.
6. Intellectual property and attribution
Original Tradex branding, copy, layout and project-specific materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. All rights are reserved except where permission, an applicable licence or law allows otherwise. Commercial reuse of protected original material requires appropriate authorisation.
Third-party software, fonts and visual-system components remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licences. The website's copyright notice does not claim ownership of TradingView material or other upstream assets. Included licence and attribution information must be respected.
7. Availability and accuracy
We aim to present clear information but may update, correct, suspend or remove content as the business and technology develop. The site is supplied on an as-available basis. Content may become outdated, and temporary interruptions may occur. A statement about intended capabilities does not promise continuous operation of any trading or research system.
To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that the site, external links or high-level descriptions will be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. If you find a material inaccuracy, please contact us.
8. Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for trading decisions made in reliance on general website content or for the acts, content and service failures of independently operated third-party websites. Visitors remain responsible for their own decisions and for protecting their devices and credentials.
No provision excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, or removes mandatory statutory rights. Any applicable limitation must be interpreted consistently with those rights and the circumstances of the claim.
9. Communications and privacy
General correspondence is handled to address the enquiry raised. Do not send confidential strategy information, credentials, sensitive account records or unsolicited material that requires special handling without prior agreement. Sending a message does not by itself create an obligation to enter a commercial arrangement.
The privacy policy explains the current website implementation, correspondence handling, pending provider arrangements and available data-protection rights.
10. Changes, applicable law and contact
These terms may change to reflect the final company arrangements, website functionality or applicable requirements. The updated date identifies the revision. Any applicable law, jurisdiction or mandatory rights are determined by the relevant legal circumstances; a final company-specific governing-law clause requires confirmation of the operator's details.
For a question, permission request or concern, contact tradex@gmail.com. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
